GOOD to MEAT

The Best Organic Kosher Meats From Eretz Yisrael Since 5760

-   ABOUT US  -

Shalom Y'all! (yes, I am from Texas)

At Order Kosher Meat, we hand-pick livestock for slaughter directly from our own family ranch in Maon. Occasionally for special orders, we also source the choicest animals from local Eretz Yisrael farmers. We take exceptional care of our animals, and do boutique butchery in personal coordination with our clients. We always ensure that our American-style butchered product is authentic and sustainable, serving you the highest quality organic kosher meat possible. All our animals are Israeli born, and raised beyond the health standards set by law. We are passionately committed to ensuring that our farm gets to your table with love.

Our Cows, Buffalo, Lambs & Goats are Organic:

Organic (ôrˈgæn.ik) : adjective

                1. relating to or derived from natural living matter.

              2. all our animals are pasture raised on grasses while exploring, meandering and wandering through the holy fields, valleys and rolling hills of Eretz Yisrael for the majority of their happy lives; never being treated with hormones or antibiotics; then finally finished in a spacious pen on our family farm with a healthy diet of mixed grains, hay and cocoa husks for the end of the road just before our Kosher and humane shechita.

We deliver all over central Israel and beyond.

Payments can be made via credit card, Bit, Paybox, Paypal or cash.

Kosher Certification:

Rav Jonathan Gabbai supervises the entire process from farm to table.

All products are Chalak according to the Shulchan Aruch.

Rav Jonathan Gabbai was certified by Rav Shlomo Kassin, Rosh Yeshiva of the Shehebar Sephardic Center, and Rav Yehudah Giat, the personal shochet of the Chief Rabbi of Israel, HaRav Mordechai Eliyahu z'tl. Rav Eliyahu only ate meat from Rav Giat, meaning he is held in extremely high regard.

Additionally, Rav Gabbai received semicha in shechita and nikur from Rav Eliyashiv Ben Shushan of Beit El and has been recognized by the U.S. based organization Igud HaKohanim, for his fulfillment of the mitzvah of Matanot Kehuna.

All our meat is Kosher for Pesach year-round.

Am Yisrael Chai!
